I can eat bagels in the morning, afternoon and evening. Just spread a thick layer of cold cream cheese on a freshly baked bagel topped with poppy or sesame seeds and you have a delicious, warm, chewy meal, fit for a king. Bagels look complicated and I think that’s because people are afraid of the boiling process. Well, it’s that time of the year again when we head to the produce section and find all these strange looking squashes, just sitting there and we all wonder what to do with them. I became a big fan of squash several years ago. As a kid you couldn’t get me to eat one for all the money in the world. Today I can make a whole meal out of one and love it….
